paced organizations, Adekunle’s experience spans
providing fiscal, strategic and operations leadership
in uniquely challenging situations.
A distinguished Fellow of the Institute of Directors
and other reputable Institutes, Adekunle brings his
outstanding leadership and vast experience to bear
in driving organizational improvements and
implementation of best practices.
Amongst his numerous accomplishments, Adekunle
has successfully managed both public and private
infrastructure projects across various sectors. An
alumnus of Ahmadu Bello University, University of
Ibadan and University of Lagos, it is no wonder his
trailblazing feats across the length and breadth of
Nigeria’s business landscape.

Titilola Oladejo is Non Executive Director of
Goldenbridge Asset Management. She’s a Chartered
Banker and Risk Specialist with an impressive track
record of visionary and effective leadership. She has
deployed her experience and knowledge to helping
several organizations achieve their performance and
growth objectives. Her compelling ability of being
able to mainstream the strategic value proposition of
businesses, brands and services to market needs and
realities in a manner that contributes significantly to
the strategic objectives of any organization she works
for or leads, has been repeatedly recognized. In 2018,
she was awarded “The Access Bank CEO Award for
Profit Center of the Year 2017”
.

Isiyaka Agoro Abdul is Non Executive Director of
Goldenbridge Asset Management. He has over 29
years’ experience in the public service where he
has successfully implemented and maintained
projects and processes. His risk assessment and
management skills within the capital market
space has been pivotal in project planning,
maintenance and monitoring.
Aptly described as a diligent and task focused
professional, Isyaka as retired as a Director at the
Securities and Exchange Commission, provided
leadership in achieving capital market inclusion in
Nigeria as well as managed the design of the
National Financial Inclusion Strategy programmes
pertaining to capital market operations.
An alumnus of the University of Maiduguri, Borno
State.

Dr. Olayemi Dawodu is Non Executive Director of Goldenbridge Asset Management. She’s an Anatomic and Molecular Pathologist, Healthcare Administrator and Specialist Physician with over 19 years’ experience in directing and managing
healthcare operations and facilities. She has a proven track record in increasing return on investment and share value of investors and is experienced in devising and successfully
implementing policies that minimize overall costs and eliminate service efficiencies. Her sterling qualities has earned her several awards including the “Best Female CEO, the West African Region” amongst others.
A fellow of the West African College of Physicians and an alumnus of the University of Lagos, Olayemi brings her expert experience and managerial skills to bear in optimizing business growth and profitability

Barrister Kolawole Olowookere is Non Executive
Director of Goldenbridge Asset Management. With
over two decades of experience in soliciting and
litigation. Kolawole Olowookere is a versatile litigator.
His diverse practice includes the representation of
investment banking companies and other large
corporate entities whose operations could expose
them to significant liability. He has extensive
experience defending clients in challenging disputes
that are files based on negligence, gross
negligence, professional malpractice, product
defect of warranty, fraud and unfair and deceptive
trade practice.
Kolawole OlowooKere&Co. Kolawole Olowookere,
Esq. attended the University of Jos, Jos Plateau State
Nigeria where he obtained an LL. B (Hons) in 1999
and was called to the Nigerian Bar in January 2001.
He started his legal practice in the chambers of
Rickey Tarfa (SAN) & Co. Abuja in the year 2001 after
his call to the Nigerian Bar. He practiced in the firm
up till 30th April 2008 when he resigned to fully
commence the operations of his own chamber.
Kolawole has attended training both local and
foreign to acquire more knowledge in litigation and
soliciting.

Olufemi is a co-founder of Goldenbridge Asset
Management Company Limited. He is currently the
Chief Executive Officer, Chief Investment Officer and
has several years of experience in the financial
services industry. He is an astute risk and control
specialist who commenced his career in compliance
and Internal control with Kenokit Consulting, an
Accounting and Management firm. In this capacity,
he has been involved in a broad range of fields
involving business, leadership and fiscal elements of
various organizations both in managerial capacity
and as a consultant.
More recently he has been active in the Company’s
economic development and technology transfer
efforts, including the recent acquisition of Peace
Capital Management Limited. He is on the Board of
many leading companies where his contributions
have impacted positively on the companies’
balance sheets. He holds a degree in Economics and
has attended several trainings in investment and
portfolio management. He’s a member of the Nigeria
Institute of Directors and also an alumnus of Lagos
Business School.
